2 1/2 cups chupped sweet potatoes
1 cup chupped green apples
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
8 breakfast sausages
Greek yogurt
Granola
1. In a skillet, combine sweet potatoes, apples, oil, nutmeg. cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Stir occasionally until they begin to soften.
2. Add sausage, butter and brown sugar. Stir until the butter and brown sugar combine into a sauce.
3 Serve topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and Granola.
